After seeing other teams use the Kinect, I'm curious to how to make it work not only during Hybrid, but also on board the robot itself. This whitepaper is really, really cool to me, but that may be because I'm not programmingly inclined.

Replace the Axis Cameras with the Kinect? Hard, but I after reading the paper, I think it definitely will get you recognized.
