It's really all good. Really depends on what you're most interested in. If you just walk through the normal way you basically go through history starting with the real early birds and ending up with the rockets.
Just be sure to check out the R&D Gallery, you have to take a shuttle bus to get it to it, but that is where the really neat stuff like the XB-70 is kept. You will need a government issued ID to get on.
I spent 4 hours there on a cross country road trip and it wasn't nearly enough.
