Nope, you're not clueless at all; the Dart name was ended in 1976 (with international production going on a little longer). The name is being revived for the 2013 model year. If you look at the end of the video, it also says "Dodge Dart II" to differentiate.
This might save you a couple clicks, too.
Also, great commercial. Love it, and I hope we see that FIRST version sometime soon
