Another nugget to consider when identifying "optimal scrub." As pointed out, having mechanical resistance to turning is not a bad thing when it comes to overshoot, but it goes beyond that. A large portion of "pushing matches" in FRC, especially among smarter teams, aren't head-on battles. They are usually one team attempting to spin another team. More scrub would mean more mechanical resistance towards other team attempting to spin your robot.
