If your car breaks, do you blame Delphi? Unless you are a
huge car dork or work for an OEM, probably not. There are plenty of examples in modern industry where the supplier is the cause of an issue, but everyone still points the finger at the final assembler. Since it is your brand attached to the final product, you've got to ensure that you want your brand on it, even if you didn't build all the parts (and these days, no one builds all the parts).
