At a recent meeting, we discussed several possibilities for this year's team including becoming affiliated with another school or starting our own non-profit organization and operating as a community team. Has your team had a similar experience? Do you have any advice, or ideas for how we can live long and prosper, despite the loss of our school.
Do you need a place to work? Or do you just need an affiliated school to receive funds?

Considering how much time you have, I would suggest finding another school you can work at or with for 2013. After that, I suggest becoming your own non-profit.
