Team 11 never sent full speed video, they had indicators and all that was sent was the information to operate those indicators at the driver's station. For the most part the entire robot wasn't using a whole lot more network usage than something you could easily create from the KOP and the sample code. The indicators consume trivial network usage.
Video is a bit of a misnomer. It was .jpg images sent every few seconds at low resolution to the driver station interface.
