Do you make soda as well as beer and cider? I know the three aren't really related, but do you do it/have you tried it?
I haven't made any soda yet but I have looked into it and they sell extract kits for those as well. All you really need is a 5 gallon food-grade bucket and some plastic PET bottles. The number one thing I've read with soda is to always use plastic bottles, because if you get the carbonation wrong and use glass bottles you run the risk of creating 'bottle bombs.'
