So looking at
the regional list, I see some of the usual suspects and some returning and new-to-Palmetto teams:
346 (Last attended in 2007 in Columbia)
401 (Never attended before)
538 (Last attended in 2010 in Clemson, plus '07)
1598 (Never attended before)
2363 (Last attended in 2011 in Charleston,
and they won it)
3959 (Never attended before)
Also on the list: 1102, 1293, and 1398 are the only ones to have signed up for all ten Palmetto Regionals. There are more teams that could join them, but they haven't yet.
