Re: Black Jag is now Obsolete Part at Digi-Key

Just in time for CAN terminators to be available.

No matter light production is in progress for LinuxBoy's terminators for CAN

It looks like CrossTheRoad is working towards a CAN Talon and surely when the community speed control project gets rolling that'll support CAN (I have prototypes that already have it so worst case I'll push it along).

So CAN will luckily outlive the Jaguars.

Unless I am misinformed it seems unlikely that this question will be answered before Kickoff when the documentation is unsealed or the KOP is opened.

At that point the Talons, assuming they are approved, could be purchased or if they were provided to FIRST late this year would be in the KOP.

I don't personally know the status of that so I can't comment on anything expect the process FIRST explained to me.

I can't comment on the approval process for the CAN terminators either cause it's part of the process.

A general note:

At one point months ago Digikey had access to several hundred Jaguars. Apparently demand for them has been steady and extremely few remain in Digikey's stock.
