Definately agree here. While inventorying our kit, I took these, put them in a little plastice bag and wrote "If you don't know what a left-handed screw is, don't even think of opening this bag". Or something to that effect.

Getting replacements for these is a royal pain, especially on short notice, and without them you're going to have to find some other way to connect the drills.
