Teams 2470 and 3081 from Bloomington, MN have always gone to 10,000 Lakes year after year. There are some teams that have been at North Star for so long I barely remember who they are (I am working on it though). So yes, I would say that they stick with one of the two regionals year after year. I'm not saying that is because one is better than the other, it just happens that way.
Also you guys should come back to Minnesota! I hope I didn't scare you off from Minnesota back in 2009 during eliminations when I consistently rammed your robot to stop you from getting those precious empty cells!
