BDC-COM reports "Unable to contact boot loader" when trying to update firmware
I get a report of this:

How do I fix this? I have all correct cables 6p6c and correctly assembled DB9 connector. I found someone with a problem like this but it was from 2010, was there a patch for this if so please help me I'm stuck.
