Not yet; the paperwork said by today (10/26).
Last year applications were due 9/9 (versus 9/7 this year), we got an email on 9/30 saying the announcements would be delayed, and we were notified on 10/13. Hopefully with the extra time they allowed themselves we'll hear today.
