Seems pretty straight forward -
Speed of S Feet/Sec
Total Gear Ratio From the Motor to the Wheel Shaft of N
Effective Wheel Diameter D
(S Ft/Sec)*(12 in/ft)*(1Rev/PI*D in)*(60 sec/min)*(N Ratio) = Motor Speed in RPM
The effective wheel diameter on carpet may be the only unknown, but you can figure that out by rolling the robot one complete wheel revolution and using the distance for PI*D
