I highly suggest using that. It's designed specifically for running FF drafts in the Season Long League. Setup time of a draft: 5 minutes. Runtime of the same draft: Ask the program. Biggest downside: CD's 47-second post clock. And once you put the lists in, you don't need to worry about them--the first available team is taken automatically.
