Yes, it's the LEGO Touch Sensor that comes with the Mindstorms Kit. You can purchase additional Touch Sensors at Lego Education.

You can also use any sensor available through LEGO or from HiTechnic. HiTechnic also have a Touch Sensor Mux and a General Sensor Mux that are usefull if you have several sensors.

The Tetrix Rotation Sensors mounted your DC Motors is another popular option.

Any other sensor is legal if and only if, connected and powered through the HiTechnic Prototype Board.
