My goal is to have a couple tips posted per week, up until Kickoff.
I realize that the 2013 criteria for the Chairman's Award may be slightly different, but I'm confident that FIRST will keep the spirit of the award the same, and so my tips will reflect mostly on that, and less on specific structure guides.

When I have enough responses, I'll compile the data and present it in (what is hopefully) an interesting manner. Wordle pops into mind.
