How is not accepting money an important shield, but accepting facilities is totally fine? (I ask as someone who had to move out of district facilities with no notice during build season, and has since moved 10 times in 4 years since then for much the same reason as those you list.) At least money you can save up; space you either have at a given time or don't? Trying to understand?
