Hang on a second.

Are you trying to connect the computer directly to the cRIO? If so, why? That would mean you have to disconnect the cRIO from the D-Link. The normal thing to do would be to plug the cable from the computer into one of the D-Link's other ports, leaving the cRIO and D-Link still connected. The D-Link should be able to mediate between devices to make a crossover cable unnecessary.
