I agree i think it is a IP problem, make sure when you imaged the cRIO that you put the Team Number in it. If you did this correctly the IP of the cRIO will be 10.TE.AM.2 and the IP u put in the computer will be 10.TE.AM.5
When you do this Netbeans should find it, if not go into NetBeans and goto the Options for the FIRST Plugin and make sure your team Number is set on that.
