I think it's perfectly fine to transcribe this and that you've done a fantastic job. Thank you for taking so much time out of your day to make this information accessible to others. Nowhere has it been said that the entire thing would be uploaded to another person's youtube channel, and someone in another thread has already asked 1114 if they had the original file and upon hearing no response we started transcribing. I'm sure most people would be totally fine with this being uploaded onto 1114's channel if that's what the team wants. Just as I'm sure 1114 would allow this to be uploaded to the website that hosts past presentations from the conferences, after all this was a presentation at Championships.

Before we start accusing people of stealing other's intellectual property and getting all upset let's keep in our minds the big picture of helping everyone be able to understand it's message. It's much like how international teams transcribe and translate the game video every year. It's not that they are trying to steal views away from FIRST, they are just trying to make the information available to those who may have problems hearing and understanding the original message.
