Although I think your nav bar looks ok, you should really have a location where you honor your sponsors, unless you pay for it all out of pocket, which I'm sure you don't. I have said that any sponsor over like $2,500 is featured on every single page in our sidebar.

I also think it would be really cool to hand it off to students (if you have any that are interested) as this type of experience is really great for them to learn valuable web development skills.
