Here's a response from our student in charge of all team media that was posted two days ago.

Please do not re-upload the video; we like the idea of using the built in captioning feature provided by Youtube. If your group can provide the transcription in the appropriate format, our media team can add to the existing video. This will also allow us the opportunity to have the captions translated into French and Spanish by our partner organizations (Robotique FIRST Quebec and Team 2283).
Thanks to everyone who has worked to transcribe this video, hopefully the additions of captions will make the video accessible to more people and teams.
