After something awful happens in FIRST, there is a verbal barrage on these boards asking for heads to roll. We had a problem, the community wanted a response, and (at least I feel) the response was executed well. For as grumpy as we all get at FIRST when something goes wrong, we need to point out when things go right sometimes too.
