These prices are a great discount compared to the retail equivalent items, so they're all great deals (thanks, NI!).

I just placed the order. While on the phone with NI sales, they got a technical guy on the line who confirmed that the I/O Kit is one each of the three modules. So, if you need all three, it's a great deal.
