I disagree. Building such a tower shouldn't be more expensive/hard than building a large table. Granted, teams won't be able to replicate the sensors, but they also probably couldn't replicate the sensors on the basket in 2012 or those on the ball return rail in 2010.

I don't hink so... I'm fairly sure Frank pointed out at some point that you'd still be able to purchase chains. Why would he say that if chains are illegal?
