For all involved, as far as FIRST is concerned, 1023 is not attending the Livonia District competition. They're no longer on
the team list, so they won't be available in the draft.
There's a 11th Michigan District in Bedford. We'll probably have to draft it last, because right now there's 3 teams registered (one of whom is 1023; they're from Bedford and I assume they're running it).
