Oh gosh, I read the posts wrong.

If you have Pro.E installed on your computer, you should be able to just natively import files.

Do you have the team login to the Pro.E (FIRST Portion) of the site? I'm pretty sure you can download Pro.E from there and try native import or use Pro.E to spit out a step like what Lisa mentioned earlier.
