Do you have the team login to the Pro.E (FIRST Portion) of the site? I'm pretty sure you can download Pro.E from there and try native import or use Pro.E to spit out a step like what Lisa mentioned earlier.

I do not have ProE or a login to the FIRST Portion of their website.

I am however downloading Creo Elements, which is what we used last year for FTC to open these models. Whether I'll be able to use it or not (haven't seemed to acquire a product key) will be a question I'll have an answer to in the next hour.
