Re: KoP 2012/2013?
Last year, the KoP CAD library was released by PTC using their Creo software, which they also provided to teams. I assume this will be the same for 2013, since I haven't heard anything about them pulling their sponsorship. I used Inventor and had no problem converting the files to a format I could use(it was done automatically upon opening each file).
