I solved this quite easily: just flash f/w 2.00.
Steps:
- Download here:
ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Wireless/dap1522_revB/Firmware/dap1522_revB_FW_200.bin
- Go to 192.168.0.50 (obviously with the router plugged into the computer)
- Login as Admin (no pass)
- Go to administration tab and find the firmware upgrade option
- Upload and wait
- Done! Now the Wireless Configuration Utility should work just fine
