Axis Camera Anonymous connections?

This was in the updates for the 2013 control system. I was wondering why the axis camera wouldn't work with the smart dashboard after configuring it.
Could anyone please tell me how to go ahead and allow anonymous connections on the axis camera so we can do this? I've been wanting to drive our robots around school using the camera
