At 3:30, would this hanging method be legal?
If having robot components in level 2, but not touching any physical object that is part of level 2, would prevent a climb, then it would bar any robot over 30 inches tall from climbing. I think you're making this harder than it has to be.

The floor is level 0, the crossbar is level 1, nothing else gets touched, and the robot started on the floor. All is well.
