Harsh,
I was looking at it yesterday with Daniel. The first thing that needs to be done is swap the outer frame rail around on one side. It has the center drop hole on top, not the bottom.
Next, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!
We should be having one of the experienced students working with the newer students. (This is where I need a "Facepalm" emoticon.)
