Click the purple logo at the top left of each CD page. This takes you to the "Forums" page, which lists all the forums and most of the subforums that CD has to offer. Select the one that your topic will fit best under (hint: probably not "General" at this point), check to make sure someone else hasn't asked the same question (check in "General" as well, just to make sure), and click the "New Thread" button near the top of the thread listing.
