Invalid Handle Error Message Please HELP

Hey Everyone,

We are in the process of finishing the cad for our drive train and when we try and save the assembly file (and thus save all the modified parts associated with) it produces and error message in Solidworks saying "Invalid Handle". This error makes it impossible to save and thus holding up the process to get it machine.

Backstory:
We caded 1 length piece and "save as" for each of the 4 pieces (ie create far left frame and save as far right etc).

We then assembled the frame and then began to make the triangle cuts we all have come to love. The cuts were made and when we tried to save it was when the message appeared.

Please advise. As of right now I think I will just have them make each piece individually?

Thanks Everyone!
