For some of the drop down menus it might be easier to have a text entry field. This way no one has to import all the teams/names/events/match numbers etc. You might be able to provide a "suggested format" above the entry field in case none of the options available will work. This way will be a bit more effort for the users of the form, but might make it a bit easier for the creator(s).
