So, if you robot is more than 54 inches tall, and it falls over, it immediately violates G23 54" rule. That is a foul, and the other team gets 3 points. If it can't get back up, then it is a continuous violation, and the other team gets 30 points.
Technical fouls are only 20 points. But yes, falling over will be painful in multiple ways this year.
