Re: Integrating Vision Example Into Robot Project

Whenever you want to see which files are being referenced by your project, to to the project window and click on the Files tab. It will show the location the files are coming from. If they aren't where you want them, you can right-click and Move on Disk...

In general, I would copy the example to a new location either under my project folder, or merged with my project folder. Then I'd drag the files I was going to use from that location in a Windows File Explorer window to the LV project window or directly to the LV diagram you want to call the VI.
