Air movement for a defensive strategy?

Members on our team have been wondering whether we can use any kind of air movement to either force frisbees up or simply move them to one side to mess with those with very effective shooters. Several fears are that we will not have anything this powerful, and if it does, it will radically drain batteries in between matches. Has anyone else thought this feasible and had any ideas at all, whether it is a very concentrated feed from a rather weak motor, or something as dramatic as leaf-blower like device? It seems like it would then not be a matter of blocking but sitting at the bottom of the goals blocking...
