Try opening up LabVIEW 2012 directly from the launcher, which should be in your program files. I am running this year's version of FRC LabVIEW on a 64-bit computer and have had no trouble so far.

If your problem is not resolved through this thread, your best option may be to uninstall all versions of LabVIEW on your computer and do a fresh install of LabVIEW 2012.
