The electrical diagrams apparently are unchanged for 2013. You can find them by going to the 2013 Technical Resources page, then following the link at the bottom to the Archived Technical Resources from 2012. From that page, follow the Electrical link, then open the Robot Power Distribution Diagram (24V Solenoid) drawing. It shows the Solenoid Breakout being powered from two of the four pins on the 24V output of the Power Distribution Board (the other two go to the cRIO).
