Not sure if this was a rhetorical question... but yes I know something of quantum computers... Quite a bit really. It's been a research project I've been a part of at the University of Michigan. It's been a challenge, as our group if looking at computing methods, while un-related, the physics department has come up with some super-cooled laser trapping experiments that we've found have great value..... and the crowd is a sleep... I get that a lot...
But you've given me a great idea.... I should think about applying my research ideas to the robot... hmm... this could be interesting. :-) Just to let you know... Quantum Computing is not just about building quantum processors, it's a new mindset about computing in general, of which, a lot of ideas can be applied to "modern" computers. IMHO Quantum computers may be the way of the future, but they are a ways off, clock-less technology is where we need to go.....
