It should not matter if the application itself is 32-bit. Every programmer on our team has used the same installation files for a 32-bit version of LabVIEW, and it has been installed on multiple 64-bit computers so far, with no problems.

If Greg McKaskle's solution doesn't work (though I believe it should), I would suggest uninstalling all LabVIEW files and then doing a clean install.
