Scroll down until you see Pneumatics, then open the link for 2008 FIRST Pneumatics Manual. Toward the end of the manual is a schematic diagram, the a photo of a system plumbed together so you can see exactly how it is done. I don't think this years FIRST Pneumatic Manual has this valuable diagram and picture.

There will still be some wiring to do to the cRio for the 24 v. system. This diagram should show you how to wire 12 and 24 v. solenoid valves to the control system:

Hope this gets you started. The resources are out there, you just have to dig for them.
