This seems like an interesting gameplay approach, if your shooter has the range and accuracy. However, it is not a choke-hold. G22 limits your robot height to 60 inches, because it is not touching your alliance's auto zone or pyramid. The opposing alliance robots will be in their own auto zone, so they can extend to 84 inch height to try and block your shots. Of course they have to do that without actually contacting your robot, to avoid the G30 foul.
I wonder if an opposing robot could park itself in a position that would both block your robot's long range shot, and give a good angle for its own shots?
