These are some interesting responses, haha. I guess since everyone else is, I might as well share my team's robot names over the years:
2008: Myrtle the Turtle (robot was a simple, heavy chassis)
2009: Hunk o' Junk (robot was shaped like a trash can)
2010: Reccostobor ("robot soccer" backwards)
2011: FIRST Strike (just a creative name)
2012: Trickshot (Nifty basketball-related term)
We usually just come up with something nifty or characteristic to our robot or the game. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if we can come up with something soon.
