No need to redownload at this point. I have put on my white coat and see that there is indeed a simple nonfatal insanity -- surely that terminology make sense to everyone, even if you don't work on the LV team?
In plain English, it means that the objects didn't pass their Integrity Test, also known as the Sanity test. The failure has to do with a few front panel objects that are left over from prior edits to the VI. A button on the front panel accidentally left behind two graphic objects that are no longer needed or used.
At this point, please ignore the notification. I believe you can even turn it off in the Tools Options dialog or at the bottom of the notification dialog. I expect this to be fixed in a future download.
