Your computer address can be any address on the subnet. Driver station seems to want 10.xx.xx.nn. Where xx.xx is your team number & nn is 255>nn>4.
For competitions only the driver station nn has to be .5. Extra or programing computer is generally .6

If the DHCP is turned in your router the address it give should work. You can set a static IP address. The procedure varies depending which version windows you are running. The issue here you have to set back to dynamic for other networks.
